About me

Hi, I’m Hanieh.

I’m fascinated by the way people make sense of the products and systems around them. My work includes user research, content, and communication, exploring how language, design, and context shape what people understand, trust, and ultimately do.

Most recently, I completed a Master’s degree in Languages and Literatures for European Multilingualism at the University of Naples Federico II, Italy, where I researched how English-default mobile interfaces influence comprehension, trust, cognitive load, and inclusivity among non-native users. That experience strengthened my interest in multilingual UX, localization, and the human side of digital products more.

I grew up in Rasht, a city famous for its food, and spent much of my early twenties working remotely while moving between places, projects, and ideas. Those experiences taught me to adapt quickly, stay curious, and appreciate different perspectives. Today, I’m more interested in creating meaningful work that leaves a lasting impact than simply moving on to the next destination.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me playing cozy games, practicing classical guitar, taking photos, or falling down a rabbit hole of a topic I knew absolutely nothing about the day before. I believe curiosity is one of the most valuable research tools we have, and probably the reason I’m always learning something new.
